Insurance and Billing

We appreciate payment at the time services are rendered. We accept all major insurance plans and bill them directly. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the guidelines of your plan regarding prior authorization and referrals.

Our Central Billing Department is available to answer any questions you may have regarding office charges and the billing process. The Central Billing Department can be reached by calling (603) 578-5090.

Please note you will receive separate bills for hospital, laboratory and radiology services. Should you have questions regarding a hospital bill, please call Patient Accounts at St. Joseph Hospital at (603) 595-3975; otherwise, please contact the facility listed on the statement with any billing questions for those services.
