Please schedule appointments in advance by calling (603) 595-3951. Please check in with the front desk when you arrive for your appointment. If you are a first time patient please arrive 15 minutes early to complete new patient paperwork. Please be sure to bring your current insurance information and card to assist us in proper billing.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at 24 hours in advance.
